Breast Augmentation

Breast Augmentation

It is desire of many women to have a beautiful décolleté. Among the most common cosmetic surgery operations, breast augmentation consists in the implantation of a silicone gel prosthesis under the mammary gland or under the pectoral muscle (dual plane).
On the basis of the characteristics of each individual patient (weight, height, build …), an operative path will be shared aimed at giving greater fullness and projection to the breast, avoiding results that are not in balance with the rest of the body.
Modern anesthetic techniques make it possible to perform the operation today under local anesthesia with intravenous sedation.
One of the most modern techniques of breast augmentation with autologous tissue is breast lipofilling. This allows, through the infiltration with microcannulas of its own fat, generally taken from the abdomen or hips, to increase the breast volume.
